The point where light rays converge through a convex lens is called the focal point or focus. When this happens-when a set of lights is concentrated on a single point of a surface-the sharp image of the object at close distances is immediately formed, and that is where the miracle occurs.
Photography is one of my passions; it has given me valuable insights that I’ve been able to apply throughout my life, especially during critical moments where creativity becomes an oasis-not only enhancing the ability to adapt to change but also providing solutions.
Photographic resources can be applied to life itself and have become key elements in addressing challenges in my managerial performance.
Distance, light, focus, time, movement, perspective, framing, cropping or reframing, technique, support; the poetic and the dramatic.
Photographic expression leads to self-discovery, which, in turn, allows us to analyze problems and narrate them in our own voice. Photography, much like management, requires intention, style, content, composition, and authorship. It demands particular attributes, characteristics, a signature, and its own grammar.
Art heals and gives visibility. Whatever its form, it strengthens self-esteem and redesigns the path. Managerial decisions are complex, and art structures purpose-it brings you back to the point where the rays of light converge: the focus.
